Illegal arms factory in Meerut was supplying arms to Maoists and underworld

Police on Thursday unearthed an illegal arms manufacturing factory in Meerut and seized country-made pistols along with implements used for manufacturing arms and arrested two persons in this connection.
Police said the arrested persons conceded to having sold the implements to unsuspecting buyers at low rates.
A case has been registered against them and probe is on.
