India and Latvia signed a cultural exchange programme in order to increase cooperation in culture, art and mass-media between two countries, reports our correspondent. The exchange programme was signed by minister of tourism and culture Ambika Soni and Latvian Minister for Culture Halena Demakova here on Monday [29 May].
According to the exchange programme, the National Library of India and the National Library of Latvia will establish contracts to exchange information and experience. Both sides will exchange information and experts between the museums also.
