It is a mistake for India to cooperate with North Korea on Information and Broadcasting

It is a real mistake. India does not understand what she is doing. North Korean regime is not someone India should cooperate with anything. They need food not information and broadcasting!

According to media reports, an agreement on cooperation in the field of information between the governments of the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] and India was signed here on 26 April.

Present at a signing ceremony from the DPRK side were the information delegation headed by the vice-chairman of the DPRK Information Committee and the DPRK ambassador to India, and from the Indian side the assistant secretary of the Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and officials concerned.

The agreement was inked by the vice-chairman of the DPRK Information Committee and the assistant secretary of the Indian ministry.
