Price fixing probe will not help, Indian and Chinese economy must be slowed down through outsopurcing tax to lower the oil price
Harish Baliga
Apr. 26, 2006

India and China are the root cause of higher oil prices. Not a single Indian or chinese in Asia has paid fair market price for oil. They keep buying cars while their Governments subsidize their standard of living illegally diverting funds from Foreign Direct Invetstments. If Chinese and Indians will pay fair market price for what they buy, the inflation in energy price will disappear in one week! According to media reports, President George W. Bush stepped up efforts to combat rising petrol prices, calling for an investigation into possible price manipulation and announcing plans temporarily to stop deposits to the strategic petroleum reserve.

However, the problem of price fixing lies with Indian and Chinese Governments.
