America must learn to live and grow with its own talents and not the borrowed ones from India, China and other countries
Gautam Dave
Apr. 1, 2006

There is plenty of American talent available locally for American companies. But the American corporate management is so inefficient; they need plenty of ''free'' workers to perform unnecessary work. It these corporations pay well, there are plenty of talent in America.

It is time America stops H1B visa. It is time America stops illegal immigration. It is time American citizens are respected in America. Indians, Chinese, Mexicans and all others should look into working in their own country instead of stampeding into America.

The recent debate in America on illegal immigration is pathetic. A super power cannot live and grow on borrowed talents forever. The American Corporate management inefficiencies are the root cause of the never-ending need of free talents and labor from other countries. It is not true that Americans do not like to perform certain work in their own country. America has plenty of poor people struggling to make their both ends meet. It is time these people are allowed to live a decent life with fair wages.

Migrant workers and H1B technocrats from India, China, Philippines and other countries lower the wages for American workers. That is good for American businesses that have shown worst kind of management capabilities in the world. That is not a healthy situation.

It is time every country starts respecting its own citizens. It is time every citizen of every country starts questing their Governments about utilization of native talents.
