India and Pakistan decide to resolve all disputes peacefully

India and Pakistan are committed to peacefully resolving all disputes, including the Kashmir conflict, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf said in a joint statement Sept. 15. The statement was issued after the two leaders met in New York during the U.N. General Assembly.
