China and Russia plans a new military block like NATO

According to international think tanks, China and Russia is closer than ever in forming a new military alliance to counter NATO alliance.

According to these experts, WARSAW alliance is slowly being replaced by the Sino-Russians alliance though no one is eager to accept the facts.

Chinese Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan met with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov in Moscow on Sept. 6 to discuss bilateral technical and military cooperation. Following the meeting, Ivanov told reporters that Russia and China "are not planning to create new military blocs, but will build up our military cooperation, particularly in joint exercises."

Next year India is invited to join the military exercise. Not in distant future, Brazil will join the joint exercises. Russian president Putin is looking for a global alliance that can balance the NATO alliance. BRIC – Brazil, India, China and Russian alliance.
