Weather manipulation is the new buzz word for the cold war between nations. Extensive research is being performed in many countries to manipulate weather.

Redirection of the particle energy to create cyclone, stop a cyclone, create rain, and stop rain and so on is matter of active research in many countries for a long time.

Electromagnetic radiation consists of electric and magnetic waves, which traverses at the speed of light and are at right angle to each other. Manipulating this burst of radiation from distant stars allows massive weather manipulation techniques. Controlling these waves is not easy. Special sensitive and smart algorithms are required to adjust these extraterrestrial waves and direct in the right spot.

Manipulation and controlled redirection takes place at the ionosphere and the magnetosphere of the earth to manipulate the weather on the earth. The manipulation coincides with burst of solar winds or similar electromagnetic bursts from other stars.

Many countries have secretly put in devices on the earth to manipulate the terrestrial ionosphere and the magnetosphere. They call these high-energy devices means of frying the electronics of the incoming ballistic missiles. But in reality a variation of these devices classified under other projects can manipulate the incoming burst of particle energies or the massive electromagnetic radiations to manipulate the weather patterns and create or stop artificial weathers.

The arrays used are powerful. One technique specialized in Asia and Europe, according to some experts; tap the Hyperspace or bent space and time curvatures for enormous amount of energy. No one can confirm these techniques. If true, this process can literally create, manipulate and guide devastating storms.

Counter measures are also in place. These measures provide weakening of the arrays that cause the manipulation of the ionosphere and the magnetosphere.
