Missile test agreement between India and Pakistan

India and Pakistan announced Aug. 6 that they will provide advance notice of future missile tests to each other. The two countries also agreed to establish an emergency nuclear hotline between their foreign ministries. The measures come after two days of talks in New Delhi, the third round of such talks since a peace process began in 2004.
