Already married producer sexually molests and forces actress to marry him - allegation or truth?
It is almost a real script from Bollywood unfolding in the Kollywood! According to media sources in the Southern India, actress Tanuja, who had earlier acted in the Tamil movie ‘Ippadikku Kaadhal’, had in June filed a complaint against Pyarelal Kundershah, the producer of two Tamil films namely ‘Ratna’ and ‘Mullil Roja’.
Tanuja had then claimed that Kundershah, accompanied by his henchmen, had once waylaid her at the ATM centre close to her house in Anna Nagar. Though he is a married man with three children, she was being forced to marry him for the second time. Kundershah, Tanuja said further, hurled obscene words at her when she refused to toe his line and threatened to pour acid on her face.
Earlier, Tanuja had complained to the police that when she and Kundershah were traveling in a car he had tried to misbehave with her, following which she slapped him.
Kundershah was going mad at her and even sent goondas to her house to abduct her, the actress alleged. Things mellowed down for a while only with the intervention of a few well-wishers and she then withdrew her complaint.
However, Kundershah persisted with her efforts to win her heart, hence the second complaint was lodged by the actress.
Kundershah, however, has altogether a different tale to tell. He alleged that Tanuja had promised to help him get a call-sheet from actor Vijay and had taken Rs 5 lakh from him for the same.
She had also borrowed money to the tune of Rs 8 lakh from time to time, citing various reasons. When he demanded that she return the money, Tanuja had allegedly refused and threatened to lodge a sexual complaint against him. This is not all.
Kundershah also claimed that Tanuja had lured him to have sexual intimacy with her, but all these days he had been resisting her moves.
Tanuja lodged her complaint with the Thirumangalam police, which now stands transferred to the Anna Nagar All-woman Police Station. The police picked up Kundershah from his residence on Sunday night and he has been remanded to judicial custody.
