It is dream of all Hindus to visit Lake Manos Sarobar and Mount Kailash to pay respect to Lord Shiva. And now the dream comes true.
According to Chinese officials, the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), where Kailash and Mansarovar are located will have an airport. This will be in addition to the currently under construction Qinghai-Tibet railway project that will also provide access by train.
China wants excellent relations with India. They plan to make it possible for Hindu pilgrims to visit Manos Sarobar and Kailash accessible easily.
In addition, Indian is also looking into working with Chinese to stretch a high extending far into Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) to make the pilgrimage possible by road.
The tourism potential is so large with fast accelerating middleclass Hindu community in India that China plans to accelerate the development of access to Mount Kailash and Manas Sarobar.
