World population hits 7 billion - employment for all is the big question

Can the world create jobs for ever increasing population? International economic think tanks question as seven billionth symbolic baby is born.

Among cheers lies some genuine skepticism. Arun Jailtley, economist for a well known investment bank in NY predicts that it is just impossible for the world to create well paying respectable jobs as population keeps growing.

The countries will become skeptical about immigration and outsourcing, Jaitley predicts as world economy is bifurcated into highly educated and not so educated.

The current financial crisis is not going to disappear so easily. The unemployment in every country will increase substantially, Jaitley predicts.
