Did Congree Government in India provide CBI exemption from Right to Information act to protect Home Minister Chaidambaram from 2G Scam?
In any democracy, the Right to Information protects the innocent by making agencies like CBI in India subject to certain level of transparency. That scares those goons who use authoritative protection to commit crime against citizens.
The Home Minister Chidambaram's alleged involvement as a former finance minister in the 2G scam is the biggest corruption saga in India. Mr. Subramanium Swamy, the president of Janata Party has exposed some critical elements and challenged in the court the intricacies of Mr. Chidambaram's involvement.
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) the most authoritative and powerful federal law enforcement agency reports to Mr. Chidambarm. CBI has flatly refused to touch their boss Mr. Chidambaram. Why?
At the same time, official documents show that the government gave the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) more immunity from the Right to Information (RTI) Act than what the agency had originally sought. Is it then Chidambaram allowing CBI a free hand and in exchange CBI allowing the Home Minister immunity from corruption charges.
Mr. Swamy openly says that Mr. Chidambaram made thousands of crores of rupees along with jailed former Minister Raja. He even says Sonia Ganfhi and her Itlain sister have made and kept billions of dollars from the scam in Swiss Bank.
The question them arises, can CBI be headed by an alleged Home Minister allegedly involved in billions of dollars corruption?
Wven bigger question is: What are real skeltons in CBI's closet?
Why does CBI look like protecting the scoundrels? How corrupted is CBI? POLITICAL ARTICLES
