Russia will continue to push for a pan-European security treaty

German President Christian Wulff said NATO should take into account Russia's proposals on providing global security.

He said there is a specific Russian position that must be taken into account and that issues of missile defense and defense architecture must be solved if the interests of the opposite party are to be taken seriously.
