CBI seeks ''jail & trial outside Gujarat'' for Amit Shah - should CBI itself be tried by an independent international agency?
India has learned from other nations how to use the nations federal investigation bureau (CBI of India) to prison and prosecute political dissidents and foes. That is what Mrs. Indira Gandhi did in seventies before she was ousted in the election and jailed in Tihar jail.
Will that same happen to Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi? Only time can say. International money supports the congress party this time. The opposition is weak and Indian democracy is in the danger of total collapse again since late seventies when Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi did the unthinkable - emergency rule of India.
CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) is politicized like never before since Mrs. Gandhi's time of emergency.
The Central Bureau of Investigation is planning to seek not only imprisonment of outgoing minister of state for home Amit Shah of Gujarat in a jail outside Gujarat, it is also determined to get the trial of the Sohrabuddin-Kauserbi killing shifted outside the state.
They want to teach a lesson to BJP, India's main opposition party. That is how Mrs. Indira Gandhi wanted to teach a lesson to the opposition leaders by jailing them ruthlessly without any reason.
The arrest will happen sooner or later and, after a period in CBI custody, the investigating agency plans to move the court with a request that a person who had himself been the jail, home and law minister should be imprisoned outside the state so that he is not able to influence the case.
Not only that, the CBI is reported to have taken the Best Bakery line to get the case transferred outside Gujarat.
The bigger question is : Does politicized congress agent CBI have the moral right to prosecute and imprison an elected official of BJP in Gujarat? Should CBI itself be prosecuted by an independent international agency that do not sponsor Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi?
What about Bofor case sponsor Sonia Gandhi's right hand Italian arms dealer? CBI removed Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrochi from its wanted list, and removed the Interpol Red Corner notice against him? Why?
CBI has in the last six years been completely politicized. This central agency is the surrogate of the Congress party and takes orders directly from Sonia Gandhi and her secret agenda. POLITICAL ARTICLES
