The Chinese bank loans have gone into stock market speculations. China Business News reported, citing a government economist that .16 trillion yuan ($170 billion) of Chinese bank loans is estimated to have been used to invest in the stock market in the first five months. The Chinese stimulus money created the bear market rally that has finally stalled.

These Chinese bank funds and the economic stimulus money helped form a financial bubble, the newspaper cited.
