Muslims MPs in India are offered $6.5 million to vote for Manmohan-Bush nuclear deal confidence vote in Parliament - Rebel Samajwadi Party MP Munnawar Hasan alleges

Jul. 18, 2008

The Muslim MPs have started refusing Rs. 25 crore ($6.5 million) buy out by Sonia Gandhi and her congress parties, according to rebel Samajwadi Party MP Munnawar Hasan. They plan not to support Manmohan-Bush on the nuclear deal.

According to rebel Samajwadi Party MP Munnawar Hasan, "I will defy the party whip and vote against the UPA government on nuclear deal during the confidence vote on July 22. I have support of around seven party MPs. The deal is anti-Muslim and we are against it more so because it is being promoted by the US, which is an anti-Muslim country,"

The UPA coalition, the SP leadership and the Congress party have categorically denied the allegation of bribing the Muslim MPs. But there are possibilities that a lot of this dirty linen of Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh will be out in public in the next several weeks.

The allegation is serious. Where is the Congress party getting that kind of money if this true. Is it coming as a kickback from US corporations? According to US law it is illegal for any US individual or corporate entities to bribe or monetarily influence any foreign Government. Is CIA involved? Is American special operations scheme working with the Congress party to get hold of rebel Muslim MPs that are eager to vote against ‘America’ in the trust vote?

The Muzaffarnagar MP, who has been offered a ticket for the next general election by the BSP, said that he has not formally joined Mayawati but would do so after July 22.

"Once me and my other fellow MPs defy the SP whip, then we will join BSP," Hasan said.

He claimed that he was persistently being wooed by "various people" to vote in favour of the UPA government. "In fact on July 10, one Rupesh Kumar who identified himself as a chartered accountant of a company, offered me a bribe of Rs 25 crore to vote in favour of the government," the MP claimed.

Who is this Rupersh Kumar? Is he a CIA entity or Congress party surrogate? It is time for India’s RAW and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to spend time and find this entity Rupesh Kumar who is trying to demolish Indian democracy and freedom as we know it. If a connection to Congress party can established, that will be enough ground for the Manmohan Singh and his Government to step down.
