The space and time beyond the black hole singularity has perplexed the terrestrial physicists fro a long time. But there is a zero quantum state on the other side. Type IV civilizations dominate the quantum vacuum – the Hyperspace. They respect the even more advanced civilization that live in the chilled universe that forms the platform for the Hyperspace and numerous universes that the Hyperspace contains.

The extraterrestrial life forms in the quantum vacuum and the in the chilled universe below is not made of 3D matter as we know it. Terrestrial life form is made of CHON – Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen and some trace elements. But the advanced intelligent zero quantum life forms are made of higher dimensional elements unknown to us bound together by gravity waves.

The very advanced civilization in the chilled universe possess the knowledge of preserving zero point energy modules in dormant state so that temperature below -273 degree centigrade is preserved. The chilled universe is indestructible. It is supported by the three pillars of integrated consciousness that form the base of entity life cycles – the singularity of birth, maintenance (life) and destruction for renewal or rebirth at a higher state.

We as humans share the genetic code and instruction sets from the Type V civilization through integrated consciousness. It is manifested through the law of emergence in evolutionary biology,

The Type V civilization creates the quantum law of the universes they have created and maintain. Integrated consciousness and the singularities bind us all into one entity. That is the reason why people with near death experience change forever. They report back of peace and tranquility and tend to more loving, compassionate and forgiving.

Our root is in the Type V civilization in the chilled universe. The law of life is a genetic coding algorithm transmitted through the realm of integrated consciousness.
