Indian Marxist Buddha failing to control Gorkhas in the North and native Bengalis in Nandigram
Suresh Rana
Jun. 27, 2008

His name is Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee. He comes from an upper caste – Brahmin. He calls himself a Marxist. He is the Chief Minister of West Bengal.

As a politicians he has excelled but as an administrator he is a miserable failure.

He unleashed his Gestapo style communist militia on people of Nandigram. India saw its worst human rights abuse since the 1947 independence. People just disappeared into mass graves.

Even today Nandigram is a place where people and communists fight against each other. Close to twenty persons were injured on Friday in separate clashes between Trinamool Congress (TC) and CPI-M supporters during taking over charge by TC members in two gram panchayats of Nandigram. Buddha has shown his violent side in West Bengal.

But more interestingly, this guy Buddha, who is also known as butcher of Bengal since he followed Saddam and Stalin style of oppressing common people, has also annoyed the gorkhas in the North Bengal’s Himalayan slopes.

Buddha says "I have no objection to a tripartite meeting, but it will be more meaningful if we ourselves discuss and reach an agreement. Before that it will be premature." Gorkhas rejected the offer of more powers for the hill council and stuck to its demand for Gorkhaland.
