Asian markets fell sharply, with Shanghai plunging more than 7% on fears of further credit-tightening measures from China's central bank.
As China slows down with Chinese central Banks anti-inflation measures, the world economy will get affected. The first hot will be on metals futures mainly on steel. The oil price will also come down.
A moderation in Chinese economy spells a slowdown in global commodity inflation. That in turn is very bullish for US stock market.
Chinese and Indian stock markets are in a cyclical and secular bear markets. The US stock market is ready for bullish take off from a solid base within the framework of a secular global bear market.
