NASA's Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX) shows "stunning" image of birth of star – an extraterrestrial reconstruction?

The "striking image" of the M83 galaxy is creating ripple effects in the scientific communities. NASA's Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX) shows "stunning" image of birth of stars. GALEX shows young stars sprouting up in a relatively desolate region of space more than 100,000 light-years from the galaxy's bustling center.
Astronomers speculate that the young stars seen far out in M83 could have formed under conditions resembling those of the early universe, a time when space was not yet enriched with dust and heavier elements.
What is mind boggling, according to some scientists, it is a very organized engineering in a mega scale. Many say it is the example of an advanced extraterrestrial civilization’s masterful engineering of new stars that give rise to more intelligent species like us.
