America is ready for a fresh start under John McCain
Kartik Punaskar
Jan. 20, 2008

You may see the America you never saw in the last twenty forty eight years. The South Carolina win of Senator McCain has given the glimpse of hope of that moderate 50% of the Middle America. McCain after all may be the right man to lead America and the world.

It will be interesting to see how Bill and Hillary Clinton try to derail McCain. It will not be easy. What they did to Obama, will not repeat because McCain is the new hero of America – the right, the left and the middle.

It is also fair politics. It is better to hand over another four years of presidency to Republicans because they should bear the fruit or curse of eight years of Bush Presidency. Moreover, it is better to have the Whitehouse under Republicans and the legislative branch under the Democrats to bring political common sense back to Washington.

Clintons are going to poor Americans and appealing to them that they can bring back prosperity to America like in nineties. Fact is somewhat different. It was the business cycle that helped that time. Fed Chairman Allan Greenspan created the first massive bubble called the dot cpm bubble and Clintons did nothing to stop that. The after effect of that bubble was depression in tech sector between years 2000 and 2004

Bill Clinton and George Bush has created shameful examples of US Presidency. Lies, sexual misconduct and hiring only people that will listen to them is the legacy of the White House in the last sixteen years. It is time for John McCain to take control and clean the Whitehouse and Washington. Senator McCain may be looking at Obama as the vice presidential candidate.
