Sonia Gandhi went to China. She came back happy and jubilant. Indian foreign minister was also very happy. At the same time, Dalai Lama was recognized by the Americans for his outstanding contribution to humanity.
China blocked Internet transmission of the episode. What else did they do?
Well things are getting clear now. The Indian Government has asked its Ministers to keep away from a function on Saturday to felicitate Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama, who has just returned from a visit to the United States.
International thinks tanks believe, Indian leaders including Sonia Gandhi was asked to get rid of Dalai Lama slowly and steadily by the Chinese leadership. In exchange India will get all the ‘goodies’ in terms of settlement of border dispute, trade and great relationship.
India may have agreed to do that. No one knows for certain, but it will be another case where the Congress party has decided to sacrifice Indian principles for a short-term political gain.
