Real Estate market in deep trouble – lawsuits challenge new home construction – can market bottom be now?
Peter Oberois
May 4, 2007
The homebuyers are so bearish that they do not want to hear about new homes. The neighbors, friends and relatives have been burnt so bad that they are proceeding with lawsuits to get out of contracts they sighed with the new homebuilders.

Some smart investors are doing exactly that. They are buying residential real estate investments and selling the stocks that are making new highs.
The local realtors are reporting ecstatic buyers hungry for real bargains.
