The liquidity is drying up very fast. Money is shifting from real estate and gold into the need up to cover margin calls stocks and futures.

Subprime mortgage-lending problem spreading to all other mortgage classes. Banks for the first time are not receiving mortgage payments that they depended on for years.

A massive layoff will happen in Banking and financial services sectors in a few months. That will reconfirm that stagflation changed into deflation. The effect on the stock market is serious. Dow can have a nasty fall in April-May of 2007.
