Spitzer promises to bring ethics back in NY – will NJ Governor do the same? Small businesses suffering from bad Governance and ridiculous taxes from Democrats
Sonia Joshi
Jan. 1, 2007

It is time for changes. The NJ Governor Jon Corzine is failing again. It shows managing corporations especially investment banks is not the same as managing a corrupt State Government system. Spitzer promises to bring ethics back in NY – will NJ Governor do the same?

NJ small businesses are suffering. The taxes have gone ridiculously. Believe it or not, if you have a corporation in NJ, whether you make any money in a year or not, you have to pay the state $750. It used to be $50 seven years back. Democrats have increased tax in NJ ruthlessly to point entrepreneurs are leaving the state.

Businesses that are progressive, Internet based and successful have no reason to stay in NJ. Look at NJ and look at Florida – you will see the difference. Jeb Bush was a great Governor. Transparency, very little corruption and fairness is the legacy of Mr. Bush. He is one of the most popular Governors. Everyone appreciates the way he reduced the size of the Government.

It is time for NJ to change. The Democrats have raised taxes. Where did all these money go? It is time for Governor Corzine to reply. The corporation tax, the sales tax, the real estate trasfre fees – all have gone up twenty times faster than inflation in NJ.

In the mean time look what the State University of NJ is doing with all these money. Rutgers University Geography department is bring in aliens from India to do research on ‘Indian climate’, funding them with fat teaching and research assistantships (NJn Tax money) and refusing graduate admission to American citizens (NJ residents) who are in Deans list with 3.9 Grade Pont Average. It is a shame for NJ. It is shame the way the Government is run in NJ.
