Another reason for stock market crash - Corporate Executives appear to have found a way to cheat on income taxes by manipulating stock-option exercise dates
Karen Mendolsa
Dec. 12, 2006

The corruption among Corporate Executives has reached the highest ever seen. According to some think tanks 95% are corrupt. They care for increase in salary, position and bonus with little regard for their share holders, non-management employees and clients.

According to media reports, Executives appear to have found a way to cheat on income taxes by manipulating stock-option exercise dates. However, the tax dodge likely involves fewer executives than were caught up in the backdating furor.

The net result will be on the stock market that can really crash in 2007. Dow can end up below 7000 by December 2007.
