North Korea has halted the preparation for the nuke test after Russians were able to convince the dictatorial regime that a nuke test will be totally detrimental to its strategic and economic interests.
As Russia tries to dissuade North Korea from carrying out its proclaimed nuclear test - North Korea decides to halt the preparations.
Russia is trying to dissuade North Korea from carrying out its proclaimed nuclear test, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Oct. 5. Lavrov said Russia is in direct talks with North Korean leadership to try to avert the test.
