Germany's E.ON is ready to pay 38 percent more to acquire Spain's biggest power company Endesa SA

Acciona SA, Spain's fourth-largest builder will have trouble now blocking the planned acquisition now. Acciona just this week bought 10% stake in Endesa for 32 euros a share.

According to some analysts this was nice way for Acciona to get a quick and good return on theirinvestment.
