North Korea now has enough plutonium for approximately 13 nuclear weapons, compared to one or two in 2000, according to a report released June 26 by the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS). David Albright, the president of ISIS, said his analysis was based on satellite imagery that indicated activity at the five-megawatt nuclear reactor at Yongbyon.
