It is time to buy India Inc. Foreign Investors are wrong again.
Susheela Mehta, Indiadaily Special Correspondent Stock market crash is just an opportunity to buy India’s stocks at a better price. The country is doing fine. Nothing has changed. The divestment, privatization, borrowed outsourcing jobs from the West and growth in urban middle-class and industrial sector needed a little brake. After the fine-tuning and another rapid test of the trading range, Sensex – the India Inc. is ready to launch another tidal wave up towards 10,000. For some time India may have some troubled time due to newcomers in administration, politics and lack of experience in managing a developing super-power, however, soon India Inc. will again shine and this time brighter than the sun. India’s strength comes from educated middleclass and hardworking rural sector. Weakness comes from inefficient industrialists and some public sector. Again, nothing has changed. A little hick up and then business as usual. If you are a stock investor, this will be probably the last chance for you to accumulate world’s best stocks at a very reasonable price. The Foreign Institutional Investors are always wrong in international markets. In every market, FIIs lose their shirt. This time it is no different either. We in Indiadaily, were predicting stop of divesting and privatization for a week since first hour of election results. We knew that the communists finally came into the power at the center. They will try to put Mrs. Sonia Gandhi as a puppet in the throne and call the shots from the behind. We also know, they cannot stop India Inc. It is irreversible. India will not follow the massive failure of West Bengal. It will not be easy to brainwash Indians in general like they did in the eastern state. We also know BJP will come in power in full force within two years – and may be sooner with more vigor and with less of unnecessary satellites – the alliance partners.
Why are we so bullish on India? Because, it is the people who make a country. And we Indians are excelling in every sector quietly. The country will excel way more than other countries and surprise all in the world.
What about Congress and the left gang? Who cares? India Inc. will shine like the sun. If the left and Congress is smart, they will try to merge themselves with India Inc. instead of trying to throw dirt at it. Sonia Gandhi will excel as a leader. But her problems are those who surround her and some newly found alliance partners. Before this entire hick up business is over, you might find her asking BJP to join her in the Government. How long will it take her to get fed up with characters like Laloo and the left front?
