Was in bad umpiring or bad performance?
It was neither - says rumor!

When I wrote last week that rumor in Pakistan says that India will lose the last two test matches, I myself never liked to believe it. Now it is very clear. Even the umpires were nervous and did not hesitate to put decisions in favor of Pakistan without thinking much.
When Inzamam-ul-Haq (Inzy) told a friend in Karachi before the match, God willing Pakistan will win the series, even the friend did not believe him. Now it seems clear that something funny is cooking. Well if Indian players betray the system and play for winning, umpires will not let that happen. The players were complacent no doubt. However, to lose the match like this is not justifiable. I tried to dig in a little more in Pakistan camp to find the real story. Every one is keeping their mouth shut. However, the casual feeling is gone. Very interestingly, Saurav Ganguli is coming back. According to close circles of Miandad, it seems the last match may well be the real one and a final show down will take place. The first hour of the match will very well tell the story. If during the first hour Pakistan outperform India, be rest assured India will lose. Otherwise, Miandad’s close circle may be right. Mother of all games will be the final test match. We will keep you informed as we hear more. By the way I forgot to tell you, General Pervez Musharraf has congratulated the Pakistan team and the umpires for excellent performance.
