`Unbreakable` Vivek has third accident

Vivek Oberoi suffered another accident on Saturday, while shooting on the sets of Subhash Ghai’s Kissna, in Lonavala. 

“I dislocated my knee and then put it back together myself,” he says. “I was riding a horse-driven chariot with the coachman in the front, when one of the wheels stumbled over a rock while taking a turn and the vehicle crashed into a tree,” he explained. 

“To avoid getting hit, I tried to jump off, but fell under the carriage and got dragged along with it.” 

In the process, he not only dislocated his knee, but also scraped himself badly. It was the same leg that had broken in Kolkata while shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Yuva. 

“I’m taking a week off; I need some rest,” says Oberoi. Earlier, Oberoi had sustained minor injuries while shooting for the same film. 

Oberoi who normally doesn’t do dangerous stunts himself, did so time at the behest of the technical team. 

“If the road had been smoother, the accident could’ve been avoided. I think I’m unbreakable,” smiles Oberoi, making light of the incident. 

“God is with me. I feel as long as you pray to Him nothing will happen to you.”
